Terms & Conditions

Clairon is operated by:

• HDB Ventures Limited, Hong Kong SAR

A future corporate entity may be incorporated in the United States (Delaware). If the operating entity changes, these Terms will remain in effect until replaced or updated.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
• Provide accurate registration information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws

If you register an account on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Securing your password
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Terms violations
• Security threats
• Non-payment

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Clairon provides tools to:

• Analyze visibility across LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.)
• Track GEO and prompt-level rankings
• Generate content or insights using AI models
• Analyze competitors
• Provide dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Integrate with third-party AI providers

The Services may evolve over time with new features, modifications or removals.

Technical misuse

Users agree NOT to:

• Scrape, copy, or clone the platform
• Attempt reverse engineering
• Interfere with platform infrastructure
• Bypass security controls
• Launch automated queries outside approved limits

Abuse or illegal activity

• Use Clairon for harmful, illegal, or fraudulent actions
• Generate illegal content through third-party AI models
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others

Misuse of data

• Collect personal data without consent
• Violate GDPR, CCPA, or other regulations
• Attempt to extract model training data or protected information

Violation may result in immediate termination.

Clairon integrates third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, etc.) depending on your subscription. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your prompts and inputs may be sent to these providers
• Each provider's terms also apply
• We do not use your data to train AI models
• Model outputs may not always be accurate, safe, or complete

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

Payments

All payments are handled securely by Stripe. You authorize Clairon to charge your payment method according to your subscription.

Subscription terms

• All plans renew automatically unless canceled
• Fees are charged in advance
• Pricing may change; we will notify you before increases
• Discounts from affiliates apply only as described (e.g., 10% for 3 months)

Refund policy

Refunds follow our official Refund Policy. As a SaaS with immediate access to features, refunds may be limited.

Failure to pay

We may suspend or terminate access if payments fail or remain unpaid.

You may cancel

You can cancel at any time via your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

We may terminate

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Abuse or breach of Terms
• Fraud or security risks
• Non-payment
• Regulatory or compliance reasons

Effects of termination

• Access to the platform stops immediately
• We may retain billing records for legal compliance
• Affiliate commissions end upon termination unless specified otherwise

All content, code, graphics, algorithms, branding, and features are owned by Clairon or licensed providers. You agree NOT to:

• Copy or reproduce any part of the platform
• Modify or resell Clairon content or software
• Claim ownership of generated outputs

You retain rights to the content you input, not the platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data is described in the Clairon Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You agree to our processing of data as described there.

Clairon integrates with third-party providers including but not limited to:

• Stripe, billing
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, AI models
• Analytics platforms, Plausible, Google Analytics
• Affiliate platforms, PartnerStack

Access to these services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold Clairon harmless from claims, damages, losses, and legal fees arising from:

• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal use of AI-generated content
• Infringement of third-party rights

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be error-free
• Model responses will be accurate
• Services will be uninterrupted

Use generated content at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clairon is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Issues caused by third-party AI providers
• Security breaches beyond reasonable control

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of major changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by:

• The laws of Hong Kong SAR (current operator)
• If applicable later: the laws of Delaware, USA

Disputes shall be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.
